watching this video it looked like milton wardlaw wanted to quote jay z during his impromptu interview/arrest "i know stress drama ni99as upsettin my momma, arrested put in the line up tryin to put dents in my armor but i'm a survivor..."milton says he didnt pull the trigger but according to the chicago tribune he's been charged with murder and the cta video does not i.d. a second gunman...guilty until proven innocent huh?
