Nineteen-year-old Dominice Hallom is a three-time victim of gun violence this year.
Hallom was shot in the buttocks Wednesday outside his parent's home in Chicago's Roseland community.In January, Hallom was shot in the left calf down the block from his parents' home. And in April, he was wounded again in late April down the block, this time in his back and the right calf.
