apparently dui arrests are the cpd's version of the swine flu. first, why is a 13 yr old riding his bike at 1:30 am? second why is a drunk cop driving the wrong way on a one way street? third, why 4 hours before a breathalyzer? fourth, why 8 hours before a blood test? all these questions will soon be answered at 26th and california, but here's a question for jody weis. why was the black cop richard bolling's bond $2 million and the white cop joseph frugoli's bond $500,000 when both are facing the same charges a month apart?
