this announcement is for all the girls out there taking ameteur strip classes, for exercise. the admiral theatre is hosting its very first "so you think you can strip" contest beginning thursday. the contest specifically calls for amateurs: "students, housewives, secretaries, and the girls next door...i don't care what you look like, what you do, what your background is," tim brown, marketing manager for the theater, told the tribune. judges include adult celebrity "exotica," former stripper jennifer whaley (a.k.a. "sabrina saxx"), burlesque performer angela eve, and talk radio producer kenny webster. the contest runs for four weeks. the first-place winner will receive $5,000 and two airline tickets to las vegas, to compete with other regional winners in the national finals.
