jesus rios, 20; jose huerta, 21; fernando gonzalez, 19; and fernando lopez, 20, were each charged with one count of attempted first-degree murder sunday morning after the four reputed members of the latin kings, mistook an off-duty cop as a rival member of the two-sixes and began to follow the officer in the 3900 block of west 26th street pulling alongside and started shooting.
