Obama Watch-Michael "Good Times" Evans

Chicago is for haters is not endorsed by Barack Obama or his campaign! The views and opinions that follow are strictly satirical or cynical depending on how you look at life!

There is a lot of VP talk going around. Trendy City officially endorses the Cabrini Green Kid Michael Evans

During the 1970's Michael "the militant midget" Evans from Chicago's Gold Coast Cabrini Green housing projects protested against institutionalized racism in the Chicago educational and political system. The first protest was against the Chicago Public Schools at Wlison Elementary School where Mr. Evans cited racially biased testing in favor of white students. The latter was against Chicago's City Hall and its anti black law enforcement hiring practices in the Chicago Police Department. He also participated with mother Florida Evans in stopping gang violence on Chicago's North Side after being threatened to join the Junior War Lords. The militant midget was also embroiled in his own religious scandal when father James Evans won the numbers twice in one day believing his as well as the Evans family's good luck is attributed to older brother JJ "Kid Dyn-o-mite" Evans' art gallery contest painting of Black Jesus. Unfortunately the Gold Coast political hopeful's future for a possible presidential campaign was later derailed, like so many CTA EL trains, when he recorded a dance album in the 1980's. The Cabrini Green kid was recently seen at the 2006 BET Awards where he was joined by his brother formerly mentioned, sister Thelma "Dookie Booty" Evans and downstairs neighbor Penny "Stomach Mumps" Jackson. In conclusion, Barack Obama's vice presidential running mate shouldn't be Hillary Clinton by default, popular vote or super re:niggers delegates. Chicago has a history of political greatness and politically relevant candidates to choose from today. If I was a member of the DNC or the Illinois legislature I would strongly urge Sen Obama to return to Chicago and choose a voice that knows all about the job market *audience if you know the words sing along* (Temporary lay-offs Good Times) economics (Easy credit rip-offs Good Times) high gas prices (Scratchin' and survivin' Good Times) the R Kelly trial (Hangin' in a jury Good Times Aint we lucky we got 'em Good Times) All I'm saying is give a short black man a chance.
