Mayor Richie Rich and Chicago's streets and insanity have upgraded the city's street sweepers with cameras to issue $50 tickets via photo enforcement like the red light cameras and the hood nigga street corner cameras. if the mayor wants to keep the streets clean he should have invested that 9% city tax in sweepers that actually clean the streets instead of bleeding residents for revenue.
